Cancellations: Reservations which are cancelled more than 7 days prior to arrival date will have deposits returned. Reservations which are cancelled 7 days or less prior to arrival date will forfeit their deposits. If the cancelled room is rented during the 7 day period then deposit will be returned. |

Check in time is between 3pm and 8pm. Please arrange earlier or later arrivals in advance. Check out 11:00 am. |

Dietary needs Please make us aware of any special dietary needs or requests when your reservation is made. Pets We love animals, however our dog, Sheila, doesn't like to share the attention, therefore, we cannot accept pets. Smoking Please only in outside areas. Let us know if you need an ashtray.
